AccessIT, Inc. was founded in April of 2000, by a small group of individuals
with entrepreneurial experience and the vision to operate and grow a network of
carrier-neutral Colocation or Internet Data Center facilities called
AccessColocentersSM. While the goals for the company have expanded beyond this
vision, it remains the cornerstone of the foundation for the future of AccessIT
in its plan to be the global leader in providing fully managed solutions for the
storage and delivery of digital media.

In February of 2003, AccessIT’s leadership developed a subsidiary, Access Digital Media, Inc. or
AccessDM. This entity utilizes the infrastructure of AccessIT to store and
deliver digital media to entertainment venues internationally. While it’s
initial focus is on the digital delivery of movies and alternative content to
movie exhibitors, the technology and software developed to support this plan
will enable the company to deliver digital media in a variety of forms.
In July of 2003, AccessIT announced plans to acquire Hollywood Software in
order to further develop and enhance the company’s ability to provide services
to the film industry. Hollywood Software is the leading developer of proprietary
transactional software for movie distributors in the United States with plans in
place to provide services internationally. The company's software products
enable its customers to record and manage information relating to the planning,
booking and scheduling of movies in movie theaters, as well as to track the
financial operating results of exhibited movies.
