In its simplest form, Digi-Central is a listing service
that enables digital content owners and distributors to buy and sell programming
content. Using its convenient WEB-like interface, a distributor is able to list
available digital titles along with story synopsis, complete cast and credits,
and a thumbnail of a one-sheet. For a small additional fee, trailers or any type
of other digital content can be added for viewing or downloading by prospective
customers.
Exhibitors, including traditional movie theatre owners, museum
program directors, community arts theatres, as well as schools or other venues
that exhibit programming to large audiences can log on and view available
content offerings using easily modifiable selection criteria to filter
selections by genre, suggested venue, and even minimum technical
requirements.

Listing Service –
is built on the industry stalwart Online Release Schedule (OLRS) offered exclusively through Hollywood Software. As an outgrowth of Movieline, OLRS is the movie industry’s near real-time release schedule. It contains listings of every movie slated for distribution and is an essential planning tool for both distributors and exhibitors alike.
Distributor Booking –
is accomplished through a derivative of Hollywood software’s TDS2000, the dominant movie booking management system in the industry. Available in a fully licensed version, as an ASP pay-as-you-go model, and through IndieDirect (see below), TDS provides distributors with strategic planning tools, booking service, print management services, settlements and accounts receivable for the dynamic system of collecting film rental.
Theater Master --
is the only complete theater master of digitally enabled theaters available. Complete attributes of the digitally enabled theatre are available to ensure the appropriate digital files are delivered to the right environment.
IndiDirect –
is a Hollywood Software service that allows smaller distributors the opportunity to outsource the entire accounting and administrative process of recording bookings, collecting and auditing box office reports, tracking settlements and receivables, and even making collections. For the distributor with just a few films a year, they can have the power of a full-time office without commitment and at a fraction of the cost.
Theatre Booking --
is accomplished through a derivative of Hollywood Software’s Exhibitor Management System (EMS), the most powerful movie booking management system in the industry. Available in a fully licensed version or as an ASP pay-as-you-go model, EMS provides exhibitors with strategic planning tools, a powerful method for making and managing bookings, managing and controlling settlements to secure the best deals possible, and accounting for settlements and accounts payable that automatically track the complicated back and forth that goes with the film settlement process.
Digital Delivery –
is provided through AccessDM. More than just a digital forwarding service, AccessDM proactively manages the process of collecting the distribution master and forwarding it to each venue in the most cost effective manner on a schedule that follows rules set by both the sender and recipient of the movie. Part of the AccessDM base service is a powerful notification system that takes responsibility for telling you what is happening without you having to remember to ask. It will even text message your theatre manager on her cell phone that the movie has arrived in the booth and is ready for playback. And, if what to do next is still a mystery for you, AccessDM has a host of additional hardware, software and service offerings to assist you in making an easy and profitable entry into the digital paradigm.
Network, Storage, Service and Monitoring –
is done through the world-class systems and infrastructure of Access Integrated Technologies. Through its national platform of failsafe, bandwidth diverse, and carrier rich data centers, a network operating center that manages systems in 35 countries 24/7/365 and using best of breed storage systems from both EMC and StorageTek, content cannot be safer, more reliably dispatched, or better managed by anyone anywhere.
